32 bit version of Outlook Voice Recorder - for the 32 bit version of Outlook 2010, 2013 or higher.

64 bit version of Outlook Voice Recorder - for the 64 bit version of Outlook 2010 - 2016 or higher running on a 64 bit version of Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 (R2), Window 7, Windows 8., Windows 10.
Please make sure Outlook is really 64 bit - even if Windows is 64 bit, it is possible to have a 32 bit version of Office. Keep in mind that Office 365 by default installs the 32 bit version of Office even if Windows is 64 bit.

If you are having troubles with the installer, download the zip file with the dlls, copy the appropriate version of the dll  (OutVoice32.dll for a 32 bit version of Outlook and OutVoice64.dll for a 64 bit version) to any folder and register it using regsvr32.exe. No elevated privileges are required - Outlook Voice Recorder installs itself in HKCU if it cannot be installed in HKLM.
You can use these dlls to install Outlook Voice Recorder automatically (regsvr32.exe /s) without any user interaction from, for  example, a Windows logon script.
