Registration fee is $29.99. Upon registration you will receive a license key that you will need to enter in "File | Outlook Voice Recorder Options | Registration" dialog in Outlook

Voice recording length is unlimited in the registered version.
Voice to text conversion: keep in mind that both Google and Bing voice recognition services are paid products, therefore Outlook Voice Recorder limits the usage of the voice-to-text conversion feature to 60 minutes a month for a year. If you want to use voice-to-text after one year, you will need to purchase a new license or use your own Google or Bing API key (click "File | Outlook Voice Recorder Options | Advanced" dialog in Outlook to enter your own API key).
